Deletes a specific OAuth client registration.

Lists visible offers, optionally filtered by bucket and paginated. `filter=unanswered` returns at most one row — the offer currently awaiting the caller's response. `filter=invitations` returns pending Case Room or Seller Portal invitations the caller has not accepted into that target room yet (read-only — accepting is done in the app). `filter=selling` returns accepted Seller Portal offers where the caller is the seller.
