Cancels a follow-up task on a prospect.

The task stops counting in nextTask and openTaskCount and can no longer be completed; its row leaves the default activity timeline (include_archived=true still returns it). Canceling a canceled task is harmless. A completed task is refused with 400 — reopen it first. The task id is the task's id or its timeline id, looked up on this prospect only; a task that is not on this prospect returns 404.
