Completes a follow-up task on a prospect.

Records who completed the task and when; the task itself stays on the timeline. The task id is the task's id (returned when it was added, and served as nextTask.id) or the id of its prospect.task_added row on the prospect's activity timeline; either is looked up on this prospect only, and a task that is not on this prospect returns 404. A task can be completed once — a second call is refused with 400, as is completing a task that was canceled. Undo a completion with POST .../tasks/{taskId}/reopen. This emits a prospect.task_completed timeline event.
