Reopens a completed follow-up task on a prospect by undoing its completion.

The task is open again — it counts in nextTask and openTaskCount and can be completed again — and the undone completion's row leaves the default activity timeline (include_archived=true still returns it). A task that is not completed, or that was canceled, is refused with 400. The task id is the task's id or its timeline id, looked up on this prospect only; a task that is not on this prospect returns 404.
