New: Propstreet Agent can help with Case Room Q&A

Propstreet Agent can now help brokers review open Case Room questions, summarize threads, and prepare draft answers. Brokers stay in control of what is shared and when.

Where to find it: Open Propstreet Agent from a project with an active Case Room and ask about open Q&A threads.

Improved: File search readiness is clearer

Files now show clearer search status, so brokers can see when documents are being read, prepared, or ready to search. Re-uploaded files that Propstreet already recognizes can become searchable much faster.

Where to find it: Open the file list in a Case Room.

Improved: Prospect notes are easier to scan

The prospect list now brings the latest relevant note forward, whether it comes from prospect notes, classification feedback, or network notes. Brokers can scan the list without opening every sidebar and still jump back to the source when they need more context.

Where to find it: Open a project's prospect list and show the Notes column.

Fixed: Agent progress feels more trustworthy

Longer Agent runs now show clearer progress timing. The activity label keeps counting up instead of restarting or jumping around.
