Case Room became a more complete workspace for collecting material, reviewing activity, and keeping members organized.
New: Document requests
Brokers can now ask sellers or other room participants for specific documents and track the request inside the room. The request stays visible until the right material has been uploaded and reviewed.
Where to find it: Open a Case Room or Seller Portal and go to Document Requests.
Improved: Members and activity in one place
The room sidebar now brings member management and activity context closer together, making it easier to see who is in the room and what has happened recently.
Where to find it: Open the Case Room sidebar.
Improved: Room navigation feels more complete
Files, activity, members, and requests are easier to reach from the room itself, reducing the need to jump back to the project overview while managing an active process.
