This release makes uploaded files more useful by letting brokers search and ask questions across the documents they already keep in Propstreet.

New: Ask questions across uploaded files

Propstreet Agent can now help find answers in uploaded project and Case Room documents. Brokers can ask natural questions and use Propstreet to locate relevant material without opening every PDF, spreadsheet, image, or document by hand.

Where to find it: Open Propstreet Agent from a project or Case Room with uploaded files.

Improved: More file types become searchable

Propstreet can prepare a broader set of uploaded files for search, including common document and spreadsheet formats. This makes document-heavy workflows easier to handle inside the platform.

Improved: Citations make answers easier to trust

When Propstreet Agent uses uploaded files, answers can point back to the material they came from. Brokers can review the source instead of relying only on a summary.

Fixed: Document search is more resilient

File search handles difficult files more gracefully, so one problematic document is less likely to block progress on the rest of a room.
