A warning before the same person, company or buyer is added twice, one note field with dictation everywhere, and the property designation on every property form.

New: A check before you add someone twice

Propstreet now uses one duplicate check wherever you add people, companies and buyers: in your network, on the prospect list, from a previous project, from e-mail, in Lead Generator, for sellers and for Case Room invitations. When a record looks like one you already have, you see what matched, such as the same e-mail, and where that record is. You choose: Skip, or Add anyway when they really are different. When you add many at once, only the matching rows wait for you, and a shared switchboard number never stops you.

New: One note field, with dictation everywhere

Every note field now shows five lines and has a microphone: the prospect list, status and interest, tasks, the activity feed, the action log and Transactions. Dictation adds to what you have written and never replaces it. Enter starts a new line and Ctrl or ⌘+Enter saves.

Improved: Property designation on every property form

Every form that creates or edits a property now shows the property designation, Fastighetsbeteckning in Swedish, for brokers and investors alike. It is optional, and it shows as a labelled line on the property page. It stays inside your organisation.

Improved: Send a Case Room invitation again

Send an invitation again to the same person with the same link. If someone is already invited or already a member, Propstreet tells you before you invite them again, and a buyer without an e-mail address is flagged before anything is sent.

Improved: Faster for large organisations

The project list, profile panel, tasks in the panel and the property Demand panel load much faster, and the duplicate cleanup view takes a fraction of the time.
