One row per buyer on your prospect list, a buyer panel that works the same for every buyer, and a way to group companies that are one investor on a project.
New: One buyer, one row
Each row on the prospect list is now one buyer — either a company or a person — and a company's row lists its people. Adding a second person from a company that is already on the project adds them to that buyer instead of creating a new row, whichever way you add them, Propstreet Agent included. Stages, counts and the project overview count each buyer once, notes, calls and tasks name the person they concern, and the export lists each buyer's people.
New: The buyer panel
Every buyer row has a people button that opens the buyer panel: a card per company with its people, where you can make someone the main contact, remove a person or add one, also on buyers with just one person. A closed, declined or removed buyer is greyed out with a short label, and the panel tells you why.
Where to find it: the people button on the second line of each row in the prospect list.
New: Group companies as one buyer
When an investor bids through several companies, select them and choose Group… to count them as one buyer of this project. Other projects are not affected. The grouped row shows its companies, takes its stage from the lead company, which you can change, and you can take a company out of the group again. Propstreet also suggests companies that look like the same investor, with the reason, and you can dismiss a suggestion with Not the same.
Improved: Know when an investor declines
When an investor declines or withdraws after you have established contact, the prospect now shows as Declined, separate from a prospect you closed yourself.
Improved: Invite the right people to a Case Room
Choose who at a buyer gets the Case Room invitation, one person or several. The members list shows each invitation on its own row, and resending goes to that person. When an investor who is already on your list joins through Propstreet, they are added to your existing row instead of appearing twice.
