Faster prospect lists and Tasks, and a Propstreet Agent that can add pictures, manage your tasks and update many prospects at once.
Improved: Faster prospect lists and Tasks
Opening a project now shows its header at once, and the prospects fill in as soon as they arrive, with no full-page wait. Going back to a project you just had open is instant: the list is shown right away and quietly refreshed, and rows that changed in the meantime are marked. The prospect stage loads much faster on large projects. Coming back to Tasks within a minute shows your list right away while it refreshes. Tasks also keeps your rows while a new filter or search loads, and no longer empties at midnight.
Improved: Lists stay current on their own
If the connection to Propstreet drops, the app now reconnects by itself and refreshes your lists. The prospect list and the Tasks page show when they were last updated, and warn you if they may be out of date while you are offline. If a colleague changed a task you were editing, Tasks tells you which one.
New: More for Propstreet Agent to do
Ask the agent to add a photo, logo or project cover picture from a web link you choose. It can now list your follow-up tasks with the same filters as the Tasks page, and move, edit, cancel or reopen them. Across up to 100 prospects in one go, it can set the owner, add or remove project tags, add a follow-up task, or remove those prospects from the project, and when it sets interest or classification on many prospects it can log a note on each. It tells you exactly what changed.
Fixed: News stays apart from your notes
When you ask the agent to save news it found on the web, it now files it as news on the company or person instead of as a note. Strategy suggestions keep your recent notes in view next to company news, and give more weight to a strategy you set or accepted recently than to a single headline.
