Project cards in a grid with your own cover pictures, a tool to merge duplicate people and companies, and a nudge to plan the next step.

Improved: Project cards in a grid, with your own cover pictures

Project cards are now laid out in a grid, three per row on a laptop, two on a tablet and one on a phone. Prefer the compact list? Switch with the grid/list toggle, and Propstreet remembers your choice. You can now add your own picture of the property to a project. It shows on the card and at the top of the project page, which now uses the same design as the card. Searching within a project has its own button in the tab bar.

Where to find it: Projects. To add a picture, open a project and use the picture control at the top of the page.

New: Merge duplicates

When two records turn out to be the same person or company, you can now merge them. Choose which record to keep, compare the two side by side, and check a summary of what will move before you confirm. Notes, tasks, files and tags all move to the record you keep. If both were prospects on the same project, they become one prospect. Where the two records disagree, such as job title or primary company, you choose which to keep. Propstreet now also flags companies whose people share a work email domain or whose names are very similar.

Where to find it: Network → ⋯ → Tidy up, or the possible-duplicate notice on a profile.

Improved: A nudge to plan the next step

When you complete a task, the follow-up card now asks once before closing if you haven't planned a next step on the card, so a deal doesn't go quiet by accident. Picking the prospect for a task stays fast on projects with hundreds of prospects.

Improved: Clearer, calmer screens

Successful saves now show on the screen itself, as a checkmark on the button or an updated row, instead of a pop-up. Pop-ups are now mostly kept for problems and undo. Each task type has its own colour, people and companies get the same avatar everywhere, and you can upload a photo or logo straight from the profile. News is now shown apart from your notes in the activity log, and empty tabs explain what will appear there.
