Your own register of real-estate deals, with analysis, a map and an Excel export, built from the projects you close and the market deals you hear about.
New: Transactions
Transactions collects every deal your organisation knows about in one place: the property, its address and type, the date, the price and yield, the buyer and seller, and the advisors on each side. Filter by property type, period and area, and hide a deal from the list for the whole team. Analysis shows median price per square metre and yield per property type, deal volume per quarter, and the most active buyers and sellers. The map shows every deal as a pin, and you can choose to show only the area of a deal whose address is not public. Export the current selection to Excel for a valuation or a pitch. Transactions is part of the Professional plan; other plans see an example page.
Where to find it: Transactions in the main menu.
New: Closing a project as sold records the deal
When you close a project as sold, you now record the deal in the same step: its name, address, signing and completion dates, seller, buyer and advisors. The address field suggests addresses as you type, here and when you add or change a deal, and picking one fills in the street and number. The deal is saved on every plan, so your history is ready the day you upgrade. If something was wrong, correct the close afterwards and the deal follows.
New: Record market deals and where you heard them
Add a deal you read about or heard of, on one of your own properties or on another property, and note where you know it from: a news link, a note in your activity log, or a person or company in your network. A queue of deals that are missing details, such as a price or a confirmed completion date, helps you complete the picture over time.
Improved: Deals on profiles and in Propstreet Agent
Company and contact profiles list the deals they took part in, and Propstreet Agent can find, read and record deals for you, including setting the picture of a deal's property.
