Draw an area and choose the exact deals behind your Transactions analysis, and a faster project list and Network.

New: Draw an area and analyse the deals you choose

In Transactions, draw an area on the map to narrow the list, analysis, map and export to it. The link keeps the area, so you can share it with your team. Tick up to 100 deals you consider comparable, and the analysis and map show only those, with medians for their property type. Filter by sub-type, for example grocery retail within retail, from the property type filter or straight from the analysis.

Improved: Faster projects and Network

The project list, a company's projects in the profile panel and the Network list load much faster, also for large organisations. Closing a large project now takes about a second.
