A rebuilt Network, a new Tasks page for every follow-up, and a profile that shows everything about a person or company on one screen.
New: Tasks
All your follow-ups now live on one page, across every project and your whole network. You can add tasks to people and companies as well as prospects. Filter by owner, due date, type or project. Complete a task with one click and undo if you change your mind. Select several tasks to complete, reschedule or reassign them together, or move a single task to another person, company or prospect. When you complete a task, a short follow-up card asks how it went and suggests the next step. Investors can keep their own private tasks on the projects they receive.
Where to find it: Tasks in the main menu.
New: A faster, smarter Network
Network now loads your contacts a page at a time, so it opens quickly even with thousands of people and companies. Each card shows when your team last spoke to the person and which projects they are part of. Search finds names, emails, companies and phone numbers, with or without spaces, dashes or the country code. AI search finds people by what they are looking for and quotes the line from their strategy or notes that matched. You can filter by tags, last contact, project and country, and switch between cards and a compact list. Tick rows to tag them, add them to a project, or export them to Excel with the columns you choose.
Where to find it: Network.
New: Profile panel
Click a person or company to see everything on one screen. The panel shows their open tasks, the projects they are in and how each one ended, recent notes and calls, and their investment strategy. A quick-note box under the name lets you log a call in seconds. Suggested strategy updates can be reviewed, edited and approved right in the panel.
New: Duplicate warnings and clean-up
When you add a person or company that may already exist, Propstreet shows the possible match so you can open it instead of creating a duplicate. A company can be suggested from a work email address. On the Network page, the Tidy up menu lists possible duplicates and people without a company, so you can keep your network clean.
