CompExcluded

What a statistic left out, so a reader can name it.

  • Deals whose value is your organisation's own estimate.

  • Land deals.

  • Deals priced in another currency than the request's.

  • Deals on a property of several types, found by the chosen type but whose main type (the largest area) is another: a deal counts in its main type's medians only, never twice.

  • Portfolio deals: their yield and price per square metre blend several property types, so they never enter a one-type median.

  • Deals without the value.
