The contact in your network: the party when it is a person, or — with companyId — the company's contact person.

Party name (if disclosed).

Type: null | string

ID of the prospect associated with this party (if applicable).

Type: null | string

Party type: "internal" (a buyer on Propstreet, from the prospect list), "external" (an outside party), "own_firm" (your own organisation — the seller's advisor on a project of yours), or "unknown".
