Connect your Microsoft account to Propstreet Agent, company news monitoring returns, and a clearer way to add companies.

New: Connect your Microsoft account to Propstreet Agent

Propstreet Agent can now work with your own mail, calendar and saved contacts — not just what already lives in Propstreet.

Connect a Microsoft 365 work account or a personal Outlook account, and the agent can search your mailbox, open a specific message or a whole thread, list events on your primary calendar, and look up people you have saved in your contacts. So you can ask what a counterparty said about price in a thread last week, or what your week looks like before proposing next steps, and get a real answer.

Access is read-only and there is no background sync — the agent reads only when you ask it something that needs it. Before you connect, you see exactly which permissions are requested and how your conversations are retained. You can review the granted permissions at any time, switch accounts, or disconnect in one click, and revoke access from Microsoft's side too. Administrators can turn personal integrations off for the whole organisation.

Where to find it: Settings → Agent.

New: Company news monitoring is back, and more accurate

News monitoring for companies in your network is running again, with a change that makes the results noticeably more reliable: a company is monitored once it has a website on file.

Searching by company name alone too often surfaced news about a different firm with a similar name. Anchoring on the website removes that noise. Companies waiting on a website now say so directly in the sidebar, and adding the website resumes monitoring on its own — nothing to switch back on. Companies that already had a homepage on file were picked up automatically. Your organisation settings show how many of your companies are currently eligible.

Improved: A clearer way to add a company

When you search for a company while adding a contact, the results panel now separates the two things you might want to do. Companies already in your network appear as ordinary, clearly readable rows under their own heading. Creating a new company is a distinct button below a divider, labelled with the name you typed.

You can move through the results with the arrow keys and select with Enter. If your search exactly matches a company you already have, the create option disappears, so it is harder to end up with duplicates by accident.

Improved: Faster answers from Propstreet Agent

Everyday chat now responds noticeably faster, while heavier work — reports, prospect classification, multi-step tasks — keeps the same depth of reasoning as before. Processing continues to run inside the EU.
