A new project overview that tells you where each deal stands, a spreadsheet-style prospect grid with stage, interest and follow-up tasks, and a rebuilt project list ordered by what needs your attention.

New: Project overview

Every project now opens on an Overview tab that answers two questions at a glance: where the deal stands and what to do next.

One attention card names the most important thing right now, for example a teaser approved and ready to send, interest submissions waiting for an answer, or overdue follow-up tasks, with a button to act on it. Below it, a short story written from the project's own data says what has happened so far, and every prospect count in it links to the prospects it counts. Sections for prospects, property data, seller, Propstreet Network, Case Rooms and reports each open with their key fact and colour-coded rows, so you can see at once what is your move, what is done and what is waiting.

A project that is not set up yet shows the one thing to do next, including adding a property straight from the card.

Where to find it: open any project. The old Property, Sellers and Reports tabs have moved into the overview; old links land in the right place.

New: Spreadsheet-style prospect grid

The prospect list is now a grid that works the way a spreadsheet does: arrow keys to move, Shift to select a range, Enter to edit, and copy rows straight into Excel.

The single classification is replaced by three columns you can reason about. Stage follows what has actually happened, from not contacted through teaser, information memorandum, data room and bid, and can be corrected by hand, with the correction logged. Interest is your own judgement: interested, maybe or not interested, with a note. Next step holds dated call, meeting and email tasks with an assignee, and shows when one is overdue. You can also label a prospect with tags that belong to this project only, filter by them, and set stage, interest, tasks or tags for many prospects at once.

Every change is saved with confirmation, and if a colleague edits a row you have open, the grid tells you. The export includes the new columns. The previous list is still available from the project menu if you prefer it.

New: Project list ordered by attention

The project list now shows one line per project saying what it needs: a teaser ready to send, interest submissions waiting, a stalled deal, or news from an investor. Projects that need you rise to the top, and the order stays put while you work through them. A summary line counts how many are waiting for you or your team, and team leads can narrow the list to one colleague. Projects you close leave the list right away.

Improved: Adding a property and publishing a teaser

The property form is one clear column that reveals itself step by step when you add a property, with the address shown on the map as soon as you pick a suggestion. The publishing steps use one vocabulary throughout, the price is asked for where it is needed, teaser options are grouped by theme, and the last step shows exactly what investors will see. Taking a published teaser back is now one clearly named action, available wherever you see the teaser, with a confirmation that says what happens.

Improved: Dictate a prospect note, and a smoother path for pre-market sellers

You can dictate a note on a prospect right after a call in browsers that support speech input. Investors publishing a pre-market deal are now returned to their property page after editing the teaser, instead of hitting an error.
